2. Sleep early

Many studies suggest that people lose more weight who sleep early in the night. The reason behind this mantra is that if you are awaking late at night, then you’ll feel hungry and you’ll eat more.

Another reason is that sleep has a direct relation with the metabolic rate. At least seven hours of sleep is mandatory to increase the metabolic rate.
